Angiopoietin 2 regulates endothelial purpose partly mediated by vascular endothelial growth factor-A (VEGF-A) and may may play a role in diabetic renal disease (DKD). We assessed the organization of angiopoietin 2 and VEGF-A with cardiorenal effects and investigated the result of canagliflozin on angiopoietin 2 and VEGF-A levels.
